Behavioral Medicine Associates is located in Edina, Minnesota. We specialized in cognitive therapy, biofeedback, cognitive/perceptual training and of course, art therapy.
Our licensed therapists are John K. Nash, Ph.D and Elizabeth Nash, M.A., L.M.F.T, A.T.R.
is a licensed Psychologist, Senior Fellow, BCIA Board Certified Neurofeedback, Diplomate, QEEG Certification Board. Dr. Nash received his Bachelor of Science degree in biology/biochemistry from Princeton University in 1968. He received a Master’s degree for work at the Institute for Neurological Science at the University of Pennsylvania. He has over 25 years working with psychological, emotional and physical problems.
earned her B.A. in Studio Art at the University of California, Santa Barbara and is a successful artist. She is a Registered Art Therapist (AT-R, a national credential) and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Minnesota. Her Master of Arts degree is from the Alfred Adler Graduate School in counseling and art therapy. Ms. Nash won Adler’s Outstanding Thesis Award for her thesis on autism and the role of mirror neurons in the development of empathy.
